About the Role
Our coaching team supports our apprentices and their employers through four different level six (undergraduate) degree apprenticeship standards; Chartered Manager, Cyber Security Technical Professional, Digital Technology Solutions and Data Scientist. This role will have a particular focus on supporting learners in our digital subject areas.
You will provide individually tailored support for each apprentice and their employer, helping them to demonstrate how their academic learning meets the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the relevant apprenticeship standards. You will be responsible for coaching and supporting apprentices from a range of business sectors, evaluating progress with the apprentice and their employers and advising on submission against the requirements of the End Point Assessments.
About You
We are open to ideas and think creatively about our resourcing needs. To be successful in this role you will need well developed coaching skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range people at all levels. You will be well organised, able to keep accurate records and work to tight deadlines. You will need to collaborate effectively, influence a network of stakeholders and build relationships across a diverse range of organisations.
An understanding of the apprenticeship process will be important for this role as well as technical knowledge in a digital subject. Previous experience of work-based learning or apprenticeship programmes would be an advantage, as well as accredited coach training and/or experience of using e-portfolio platforms.
