
Background
The Finance Department has a part time vacancy for the position of Partnerships Finance Assistant.
You will provide support to the financial arrangements for UK Partnerships, in line with the relevant Partnership Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), and, where appropriate, provide support in the administration of International Partnership financial arrangements.
The Role
You will be responsible for the scheduling and processing of payments to Partners for the element of tuition fees due to them in line with the terms of the associated MoA. The post holder will also be responsible for the identification of tuition fee income received by the University for UK Partner students, and the production of reports to enable accurate and timely payments to be made.
Also, you will undertake the administration of any related enquiries received either internally or externally, directly or via the University i-zone.
The Person
The successful post holder will be educated to GCSE level A-C (or equivalent) including Maths and English and have experience of working in an office environment and using a complex, records based or finance system. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential for the role.
