The Directorate of Outreach, Recruitment and Marketing is seeking to employ a Senior Recruitment and Admissions Officer to join our Recruitment and Admissions team.
The post holder will have previous experience of managing or supervising within a customer service focused environment as well as experience of leading and motivating a team.
Project Management experience is essential as this role involves managing the successful delivery of the university’s annual Clearing operation. During the period prior to Clearing, the post holder is also required to organise, prepare and deliver systems training to large groups of staff as well as providing documentation to support the training.
Excellent organisational and communication skills are required to work to tight deadlines and build relationships with internal and external contacts.
Due to the nature of this role, no substantive leave can be taken in August or September. It is a requirement of this role to be available during the Clearing period in August/September, applicant experience days and open days.
